Job Summary

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Reporting and Document Creation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing HR documents in Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. You’ll work closely with HR teams to design document templates and provide user support. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and SQL will help maintain efficient processes.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide technical expertise in building OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) & BI-Publisher reports.


• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, sharing best practices and promoting continuous improvement.


• Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM Core features, enhancements, and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements or optimizations.


• Document technical designs, configurations, and procedures to ensure comprehensive system understanding and knowledge sharing.has context menu


• Use Oracle Fusion HCM and SQL to create and customize document templates.


• Provide end-user support and training on document creation


• Collaborate with HR teams to understand document requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field


• Strong experience with BI Reports, OTBI and SQ


• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Compensation and Absence Management.


• Technology: BEA Oracle HCM


• Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills
