OTA Distribution Specialist (Project-Based for 3 Months)

Compensation: $5.50/hr

Schedule: Full Time, US Business Hours preferred

Role Summary

We're looking for an OTA Distribution Specialist to manage and expand our online distribution channels. The primary focus of this role is creating and maintaining property listings across major OTAs while ensuring seamless connectivity through SiteMinder and Mews PMS.

Key Responsibilities

-Create and launch property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Vrbo, and other OTA platforms.

-Connect and manage listings through SiteMinder.

-Configure and maintain property mapping in Mews PMS.

-Ensure rates, availability, restrictions, and inventory sync accurately across all channels.

-Upload and maintain listing content, including descriptions, amenities, photos, and policies.

-Troubleshoot OTA, SiteMinder, and PMS connectivity issues.

-Coordinate with OTA support teams to resolve listing and technical concerns.

-Perform quality checks to ensure listings are live, accurate, and bookable.

Qualifications

-Experience managing Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, or similar OTA platforms.

-Experience using a PMS (Mews preferred) and SiteMinder or another channel manager.

-Strong understanding of OTA distribution, mapping, and inventory management.

-Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.

-Strong English communication skills.

Project Goal

-Successfully onboard and optimize assigned properties across OTA channels, ensuring accurate listings, seamless connectivity, and reliable reservation flow throughout the project.
