Outpatient Medical Coder - MedConverge | WFH (PHP 60,000 New Hire Bonus)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Outpatient Medical Coder to join our team, specializing in MedConverge with hands-on experience using HST Pathways software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant coding of outpatient encounters to support proper billing, reimbursement, and documentation standards. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes for outpatient services in line with MedConverge guidelines.
• Utilize HST Pathways software for coding, documentation, and claim submission.
• Review clinical documentation to ensure coding reflects services provided and supports medical necessity.
• Collaborate with providers and billing teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
• Stay updated on payer-specific requirements, coding guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Minimum 2 years of outpatient medical coding experience.
• Specialty experience in MedConverge preferred.
• Proficiency in HST Pathways software required.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Familiarity with payer policies, reimbursement processes, and compliance regulations.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Amenable to work during U.S. business working hours.
