Paid Research Specialist (Meta) - Work from Home / Dayshift

• Plan, launch, and scale high-performing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), with Google Ads support as needed.
• Develop precise targeting strategies, creative testing frameworks, and budget allocations to maximise conversions and ROAS.
• Execute daily campaign optimisation including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative rotations.
• Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on ad copy, creatives, formats, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through GA4, GTM, and Shopify analytics.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyse data trends, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Produce clear, actionable reports (weekly/monthly) for leadership, highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.
• Support landing page optimisation and CRO initiatives in partnership with the web and digital teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging Meta features, and competitor activity to capture growth opportunities.
• Other role specific duties as they arise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in paid search/media buying, ideally within eCommerce or DTC.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads campaign management with a track record of delivering ROI-positive outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, GTM, and attribution modelling.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or other attribution/retention platforms is desirable.
• Experience with CRO, funnel optimisation, and structured testing frameworks. Personal Attributes
