Remote - Reliable daily overlap with U.S. Mountain Time required, with fast responsiveness during the scheduled hours. Reports directly to the Founder; works alongside the Project Manager/CSM.

About the Companies

We are two affiliated, rapidly growing U.S.-based marketing agencies run by the same founder, and we're hiring one person to own Meta media buying across both.

The first is a video ad agency for local service businesses — we script, film, edit, and manage high-performing Facebook and Instagram campaigns that generate high volumes of leads and new customers.

The second runs on a different, highly systematized model: rather than building new creative for every client, we produce one strong ad per industry each month and run it across many cities, with each client owning their own market. Here, media buying is the entire business. The creative is already proven — the job is making it win in every new city the way it wins in the best one.

About the Role

This role exists because media buying is the engine of results across both businesses, and the founder needs one capable owner to run it all — not an order-taker. On the agency side, you'll own full-funnel campaign performance in partnership with the creative team. On the systematized side, you'll take proven, high-performing ads and replicate their results across a large and growing portfolio of local markets. Your north star across both is consistent lead volume, low cost per lead, and strong return on ad spend at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Launch

• Own Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns across both businesses, from build and launch to daily optimization


• Stand up new client campaigns quickly and cleanly, including rapid launches on the agency side

Scaling & Market Replication

• Take proven, winning ads and deploy them across many cities and client accounts, tuning geo, audience, budget, and bidding so each market performs


• Diagnose why a proven ad under-delivers in a new market and fix it fast


• Maintain consistent CPL and ROAS across a high volume of similar accounts

Optimization & Testing

• Monitor performance daily; adjust budgets, audiences, placements, and bidding based on data


• Scale winners, cut underperformers quickly, and protect client results before spend is wasted

Creative Collaboration (agency side)

• Partner with the in-house video team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative


• Identify creative fatigue early and direct the next round of concepts

Client Communication & Reporting

• Serve as a performance point of contact for clients alongside the project manager


• Deliver clear, timely updates and respond to client questions same-day


• Set realistic expectations and surface risks proactively

Systems & Account Management

• Keep account structure, tracking, and reporting clean across all accounts


• Help build and document the systems that let media buying scale across markets

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years managing Meta paid social with direct accountability for lead generation and/or ROAS


• Proven experience managing many client accounts at once (agency or freelance)


• Demonstrated ability to scale or replicate winning campaigns across audiences, budgets, or geographies


• Hands-on command of Meta Ads Manager: campaign structure, audience building, pixel/conversion tracking, testing, optimization


• Strong direct-response instinct — thinks in CPL, CPA, and ROAS


• Excellent written and spoken English with the confidence to be client-facing


• Reliable U.S. Mountain Time overlap and fast responsiveness


• Comfortable working within a monitored remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with local service businesses (home services, med spas, pest control, chiropractic, fitness, legal, real estate)


• Experience running the same or similar campaigns across multiple geographic markets


• Prior work with U.S.-based clients or agencies


• Familiarity with video-first ad creative and working alongside creative teams


• Experience with lead-gen funnels, landing pages, and CRM/lead-tracking tools
