Paralegal

We are looking Paralegal who will involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements including SaaS, subscription, licensing, and service contracts. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally and ensure legal compliance in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, subscription, licensing, and service agreements

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, product, compliance) to meet legal requirements

• Manage contract workflows, ensuring timely execution and proper document retention

• Coordinate with external counsel on complex or customized SaaS contracts

• Monitor contractual obligations such as renewals, deliverables, and compliance deadlines

• Provide ad hoc legal support on SaaS-related matters (NDAs, vendor agreements, DPAs)

• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external

stakeholders

• Paralegal certification or equivalent legal operations experience

• Proven experience drafting and negotiating SaaS or software

licensing agreements

• Strong understanding of SaaS contract terms: service levels, data

protection, indemnities, termination, usage rights

• Familiarity with cloud-based contracts, subscription billing models,

and enterprise procurement terms
