Physical Therapist or USRN (Florida-Licensed)

MedCore Solutions, the medical division of BizForce is looking for a Florida-licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or US Registered Nurse (USRN) to join a reputable orthopedic center in the United States through a fully remote role. Based in the Philippines, you’ll be part of a dynamic clinical team dedicated to providing high-quality orthopedic care via virtual platforms.

Key Responsibilities

For Physical Therapists:

• Conduct virtual orthopedic evaluations for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical needs, or chronic pain.
• Design and lead personalized rehabilitation programs using video-based sessions and digital exercise tools.
• Monitor patient progress remotely and adjust therapy plans in alignment with recovery milestones.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and post-operative care.
• Document treatment plans and progress accurately in the EMR system, in compliance with U.S. standards.

For USRNs:

• Perform remote clinical assessments related to orthopedic conditions, surgical aftercare, or pain management.
• Provide virtual triage, patient education, and follow-ups to support orthopedic treatment plans.
• Assist with post-op recovery monitoring, ensuring adherence to orthopedic protocols and medications.
• Communicate effectively with U.S.-based orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and care teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

• Active, unrestricted Florida PT or RN license.
• Based in the Philippines with access to high-speed internet and a secure work-from-home setup.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, with a strong preference for orthopedic or musculoskeletal care.
• Experience in telehealth or virtual patient interaction preferred.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems and virtual care platforms (Zoom, Doxy.me, etc.).
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare practices, particularly in orthopedics.
• Clear and professional communication skills in English.
• Experience in Athenahealth EMR is a bonus.

Schedule: 8 hours/day Monday-Friday; 40 hours/week

Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Time zone: Eastern Standard Time

Work Set-up: Fully Remote

• Windows: Windows 11 Pro (Windows 10 Pro is acceptable but not preferred). The operating system must have a legitimate license.
• Mac: macOS compatible with M1 or newer chips.
4. Hard Disk:
• At least an SSD for faster processing and performance.
5. Internet Connectivity:
• Minimum speed of 50 Mbps via a wired connection for stability and reliability.
• A backup internet connection is highly recommended.
