Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Pipeline Builder to join our dynamic team. The Pipeline Builder will play a critical role in developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads, prospects, or opportunities to drive business growth. This role requires strong organizational skills, expertise in lead generation, and proficiency in CRM tools to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to optimize processes and contribute to team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads or prospects through various channels (e.g., online platforms, databases, referrals).
- Build and maintain organized lead lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems.
- Conduct outreach (e.g., cold calls, emails, social media) to engage prospects and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Manage and track lead progression through the pipeline, updating statuses and adding detailed notes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, or operations teams to align pipeline activities with business goals.
- Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities for lead generation.
- Develop and refine workflows to streamline lead nurturing and conversion processes.
- Generate regular reports on pipeline performance, including metrics like lead volume and conversion rates.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies during outreach.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, marketing, or a related pipeline-building role.
- Proven track record of building and managing lead pipelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in cold calling or email outreach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools (see below).
Preferred Tools & Technology
- CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar platforms
- Lead Generation: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or industry-specific tools
- Dialers/Outreach: RingCentral, Outreach, SalesLoft, or equivalent
- Productivity: Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive), Microsoft Office, Trello, Asana
- Analytics: Excel, Google Analytics, or CRM reporting tools
