This is a fully remote opportunity, open to candidates anywhere in the Philippines.
Dayshift and 2-3 mos project based employment only.
Rate paid in PHP: 18,000 Base + 6,000 KPI Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Extensive Experience in high volume Hiring
- Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Sr. Level positions (technical and non-technical roles).
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, contacts, references, social media, etc.
- Screening prospective candidates through telephonic, and Video Interviews.
- Conducting the initial rounds of the interview and shortlisting the candidates.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Processing candidates for a Job offer and endorsing for the onboarding process
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in BPO Recruitment (volume hiring)
- Excellent English communication skills - written and oral.
- Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
