Compensation range: $2000 - $3000 AUD / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Role Overview: The Property Analyst will support the organization’s property and real estate operations by providing insights, analysis, and reporting on property performance, market trends, and investment opportunities. The role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can translate data into actionable recommendations to support strategic decisions in residential, commercial, retail, and industrial property sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in the property sector.
• Evaluate property portfolios, including performance metrics, occupancy rates, rental yields, and valuation.
• Assist in property acquisitions, disposals, and investment strategies through data-driven insights.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders, including senior management.
• Support financial modeling, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for new projects or investments.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide benchmarking reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., asset management, finance, development) to optimize property performance.
• Maintain accurate property data and records within internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant property laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in property analysis, real estate research, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience in financial modeling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and property data platforms (e.g., REA, CoreLogic, or similar).
• Knowledge of property markets, valuation methods, and investment principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in Australian residential, commercial, or industrial property markets.
• Familiarity with property management software or CRM systems.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
