Your Responsibilities as a Property Listings Assistant will be:

• Create and post property listings accurately and quickly.
• Copy, paste, and edit property descriptions to ensure correct grammar and clear presentation.
• Use tools like ChatGPT to improve and enhance listing content.
• Follow established guidelines for listings and maintain consistency across all postings.
• Work efficiently during 4 AM – 12 NN UK Time with minimal supervision.
• Ensure all listings are completed and updated in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in property listings or real estate support.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Fast and accurate typing abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors.
• Familiarity with online property platforms or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work reliably during the specified UK hours.
• Proactive attitude and readiness for an immediate start.
