Job Role: Property Manager

Work Schedule: M-F, Australian Business Hours

Salary Budget: $1,200-$1,800 AUD / Month

Contract Type: Independent Contractor

Work Set-up: Remote

At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote, so you'll be able to work from home.

A dedicated real estate agency based in Victoria, Australia, specializing in residential sales, investments, and property management. Backed by extensive local market knowledge and a highly experienced team, they pride themselves on guiding clients seamlessly through buying, selling, or managing properties

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager based in the Philippines to join our growing team remotely. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of property management functions, with a focus on excellent communication, proactive coordination, and top-notch tenant and landlord support.

You’ll play a key role in managing communication channels (calls and emails), scheduling property inspections, and keeping operations running efficiently, all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant & Landlord Communication

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring timely responses to tenant inquiries and landlord requests.

  • Email Management

Monitor, organize, and respond to emails promptly and effectively, ensuring high service levels and proper documentation.

  • Inspection Coordination

Schedule, confirm, and follow up on property inspections. Liaise with tenants, property owners, and inspectors to ensure smooth logistics.

  • Maintenance Coordination

Receive and log maintenance requests, assign work orders, and follow up with tradespeople or service providers for timely completion.

  • Documentation & File Management

Maintain digital records of leases, inspection reports, maintenance logs, and correspondence.

  • Calendar & Task Management

Stay on top of key dates such as lease renewals, inspection deadlines, and maintenance schedules.

  • Reporting

Prepare regular property reports and updates for the management team and property owners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management or a similar administrative/operations role for a minimum of 3 years (preferably in real estate, customer service, or leasing support).
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, PropertyMe, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet remote working setup.
