The Role

Are you highly motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled in real estate outreach? We’re looking for a Real Estate Lead Generation VA who can help our clients connect with qualified prospects and grow their property pipelines.

This is a client-facing role perfect for someone who loves real estate, enjoys doing outreach, and wants to make a meaningful impact—while working from the comfort of home!

What You’ll Do

🔍 Source and qualify leads from platforms like Zillow, Redfin, and Facebook Marketplace

☎️ Make outbound cold calls, follow up via email and SMS, and nurture warm leads

🗓️ Set and confirm appointments for real estate agents and acquisition managers

🏠 Conduct property research and update CRMs (e.g., Podio, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot)

📊 Maintain lead trackers and ensure all communications are documented

🔎 Perform skip tracing using tools like PropStream or BatchLeads

📥 Support with light admin tasks like inbox, calendar, and file management

What We’re Looking For

✅ At least 1 year of real estate lead generation or cold calling experience
✅ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
✅ Comfortable working full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours
✅ Proficient with real estate tools (CRMs, dialers, Google Workspace)
✅ Internet-savvy with a reliable connection and a quiet work environment
✅ Fast learner, resourceful, and able to work independently

Bonus Points If You Have

✨ Experience in real estate wholesaling, cold calling, or appointment setting
✨ Familiarity with skip tracing, property research, or CRM data cleanup
✨ Sales or customer service background
