Role: Recruiter (Part-time)

Location: Philippines, South Africa, Latin America

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 15hrs/week, aligned with US Eastern Time

Target Start Date: ASAP (Urgent Hiring)

About the Role: We have an immediate need for an individual to manage our recruitment efforts. This role involves end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles, including blue-collar positions, leadership roles, and commission-based sales positions. The successful candidate will directly impact our growth by identifying and engaging top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process for a variety of roles, including blue-collar, leadership, and commission-based sales.


• Proactively source candidates through cold calling and texting.


• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.


• Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews efficiently.


• Maintain timely and clear communication with candidates throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment 


• High-level English speaking and writing skills


• Spanish proficiency is a significant bonus


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse candidates


• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously


• High degree of adaptability and resilience in managing rejection and shifting hiring priorities


• Active listening skills to accurately assess candidate motivations and potential fit
