Job Overview We're seeking proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented Recruiters to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, highly organized, and experienced in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and supporting hiring managers through every stage of the hiring process. Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from job posting to offer stage
Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and culture fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Track candidate progress and update recruitment systems accurately
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Create and post compelling job advertisements
Support onboarding coordination for successful hires
Monitor recruitment metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
Ensure a positive candidate experience and professional employer branding

Efficient time-to-fill and smooth hiring coordination
Positive candidate and hiring manager experience

Qualifications
Must be based in the Philippines, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, or Colombia
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
