Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Active PHRN license
Amenable to work on a night shift schedule
Has internet connection of at least 50MBPS

Job description:

Review medical records related to insurance claims.

Extract and summarize essential medical information into structured abstracts.

Identify and highlight relevant diagnoses, procedures, and treatments.

Maintain high levels of accuracy and data integrity.

Ensure all documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.

Collaborate with claims teams to ensure summaries meet claim requirements.
