Registered Nurse - Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate PHRN Associate to join our healthcare support team. The ideal candidate is a Philippine-licensed Registered Nurse (PHRN) who will provide clinical support for healthcare processes such as utilization management, medical review, claims processing, or telehealth services, depending on the account.

This role is ideal for nurses who want to explore opportunities outside traditional bedside care and leverage their clinical background in a corporate or BPO environment. Here are some of your responsibilities:

• Review and assess medical records, insurance claims, or clinical documentation.
• Conduct medical necessity reviews based on standard protocols and guidelines.
• Provide support to healthcare professionals, members, or insurance partners via phone, email, or chat (depending on the role).
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of healthcare-related tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
• Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active PRC license.
• At least 12 years of clinical or hospital experience is preferred (but may vary depending on the client or program).
• BPO or healthcare account experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in using computers, EHR systems, and basic MS Office tools.
