Remedial Drafter (Façade & Waterproofing) - WFH / Dayshift

We are seeking a skilled Draftsperson to support a range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role involves preparing façade details, 3D isometric views, and drafting solutions using Revit, AutoCAD, and related tools. You will collaborate closely with design and remedial teams, contribute to BIM coordination, and play an active role in improving drafting workflows. • Draft comprehensive façade details and waterproofing solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Produce 3D isometric views for different interfaces between elements.
• Utilize drafting software to create and modify drawings according to project requirements.
• Create plans from photographs and site maps.
• Manage internal Revit procedures.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide input for clash detection.
• Collaborate with the design and remedial teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and discussions to identify areas for process improvement within the drafting and design workflow.
• Perform other position-level duties as required.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of drafting experience.
• Proficiency in drafting software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, with exposure to residential and commercial developments.
• Ability to model in 3D; Rhino preferred.
• Strong understanding of waterproofing systems and their integration into design.
• Working knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, and best engineering practices.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative team approach.
• Approachable and professional communication style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for process improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
