Revit Architectural Technician/Draftsperson

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Revit Architectural Technician / Draftsperson to join our design-focused client, working remotely on a range of commercial, housing, civic, cultural, and heritage projects. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the preparation of Revit documentation and ensure all drawings meet NCC and Australian Standards with accuracy and clarity. You will work closely with consultants and project teams to coordinate technical information and assist in delivering high-quality, buildable drawing sets. The ideal candidate will have experience working for an Australian architectural studio, ideally 5+ years, strong Revit and BIM coordination expertise, and a sharp eye for detail. • Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM Adelaide Time ( 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Manila time)

• *Following Adelaide Holidays* Adelaide, South Australia

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate Revit documentation across project stages

• Produce clear and detailed drawing sets in line with NCC and Australian Standards

• Review documentation for compliance and assist with quality assurance processes

• Coordinate with consultants and project teams to support design and buildability outcomes

• Assist with maintaining studio systems, drawing standards, and documentation protocols

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years of drafting experience working for an Australian architectural studio

• Advanced Revit proficiency and BIM coordination skills

• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, documentation, and consultant coordination

• Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Experience with Adobe Suite, Twinmotion, Enscape or Rhino is an advantage
