Position: Revit Draftsperson/Architect

Salary range: PHP 70,000 – PHP 85,000, depending on experience, technical depth, and architectural capability

Working Hours: Melbourne timezone, with some flexibility

Work set-up: 100% Remote work

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop residential projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure designs comply with Australian residential building standards and regulations.
• Continuously learn and improve your skills while contributing ideas to enhance project outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Australian residential drafting, Victorian residential experience is a bonus.

• Software Skills: Proficient in Revit.
• Language: Strong spoken English; all communication will be in English.
• Equipment: Own computer and monitors preferred.
• Work Hours: Melbourne business hours; start time negotiable.
• Attitude: Open-minded, eager to learn, and collaborative.
