Revit Modeler

Job Type: Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM Pacific Time Zone

Salary: $750 per month 

Job Overview: 

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Modeler to join a creative architectural and design team. This role requires proficiency in 3D modeling and building information modeling (BIM) using Revit, as well as experience collaborating with design professionals to produce accurate and high-quality construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop precise and detailed 3D designs using Revit software.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to produce construction drawings.
• Draft and detail plans for structures, foundations, and building systems based on sketches, concepts, calculations, and specifications.
• Modify and update existing Revit models with design changes.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of models while adhering to deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and industry compliance standards.
• Utilize advanced Revit tools including keynoting, callouts, elevations, floor plans, and sheet organization.
• Coordinate and consult with team members to optimize structural layouts and components.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience using Revit in architectural or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) and 3D modeling processes.
• Proficiency in Canva for visual presentation and documentation purposes.
• Knowledge of construction codes, compliance standards, and methodologies.
• Solid grasp of architectural and engineering principles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
