Sales Chat Agent

KPI-based target earnings (uncapped)!

Work Setup: Work from home is possible; Open to candidates anywhere in the Philippines (Must be a Filipino citizen)

Shift: No Fixed Schedule/Shifting Schedule

Requirements:

• At least a high school graduate
• At least 2 years of solid experience in non-voice channels (Chat/WhatsApp) - advanced level in a BPO or call/contact center setting
• Previous experience in sales and chat-based support
• Strong English written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible and highly motivated (hungry) for sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers through live chat, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the booking process.
• Drive Sales: Convert chat inquiries into confirmed bookings, upselling packages, and add-ons to maximize revenue.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with customers by providing timely, clear, and helpful responses to all inquiries.
• Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and questions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
