Sales Support Specialist I

The Sales Support Specialist I will assist in managing sales processes, maintaining client records, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales department and other teams.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  

  Create client data like customer, projects, contacts, quotations and sales order in CRM,

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current,

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and present sales reports with counterparts,

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain sales-related documentation, including sales tracker, client files and meeting notes,

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with other departments, such as project managers and finance, to facilitate smooth sales operations,

  
  


• 
  

  Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes, workflows, and systems,

  
  


• 
  

  Perform related duties as assigned.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred,

  
  


• 
  

  Fresh graduates are welcome to apply,

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in MS Office Suite, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint,

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and multitasking skills,

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities,

  
  


• 
  

  Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills,

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and as part of a team,

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of ERP or CRM is an advantage but not required.

  
  

Work set-up and working hours:

• 10:00 am - 7:00 pm | 2:30pm - 11:30pm PHT Monday to Friday
