We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to manage appointments, meetings, and task timelines across teams or departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience using scheduling tools and software. This role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient time management for staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for internal teams and external clients
• Maintain and update calendars, ensuring no conflicts or overlaps
• Communicate schedule changes promptly to all relevant parties
• Work closely with managers and team leads to prioritize tasks and deadlines
• Use scheduling software (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly) to manage bookings
• Prepare and send meeting invites, agendas, and reminders
• Track attendance and follow up on missed appointments
• Support administrative tasks related to scheduling and logistics
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 8AM-6PM E.S.T
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 1-2 years of previous experience in scheduling roles required
• Homecare experience is considered a strong plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency in calendar and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.) and Wellsky (preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
