Senior Accountant

• Execute the full external audit process—from planning through completion—while addressing audit risks and technical accounting considerations
  
• Apply a solution -oriented approach to problem -solving and client challenges
  
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS)
  
• Identify process improvement opportunities within client operations and develop practical recommendations
  
• Draft and deliver Management Letters to clients
  
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  
• Deliver service that consistently exceeds client and firm expectations
  
• Contribute to shaping team initiatives and driving improvements in audit practices
  
• Mentor and support junior team members, while providing input for performance evaluations

Requirements

Qualifications

• Qualified member of a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience at the Senior Accountant level
