This is a remote role for individuals who currently reside in the Philippines, Compensation 130,000 - 170,000 PHP/month, PTO, and benefits (health, dental, life) and more eligibility within 1 month of start date

As a Senior CXone Architect, you will provide technical design authority for a NICE CXone environment, ensuring the platform remains scalable, cohesive, and aligned with business needs as it evolves. This is a hands-on role that combines architecture leadership with senior-level engineering support. You will evaluate changes with environment-wide impact, guide routing and integration strategy, and partner with stakeholders on platform roadmap, technical risk, and long-term design decisions.

How you can be Exceptional in this role:

• Own architecture reviews for the CXone environment, evaluating proposed changes for downstream impact before they reach production
  


• Set cross-system routing and skill strategy across voice and digital channels, ensuring routing logic scales effectively as volume, channels, or business units grow
  


• Serve as the final technical reviewer for recommendations with environment-wide impact, including major integrations, platform-wide configuration changes, and capacity or scaling decisions
  


• Provide senior-level, hands-on CXone engineering support alongside architectural responsibilities
  


• Partner with stakeholders on platform roadmap, technical risk, and long-term design decisions for the CXone environment
  


• Provide technical oversight, guidance, and escalation support to CXone engineering resources
  

How you will help us Succeed together:

• 5-8 years of telephony or contact center technology experience


• Current NICE CXone certification


• Demonstrated experience architecting or leading design decisions within a live, enterprise-scale CCaaS environment, preferably NICE CXone


• Strong working knowledge of CXone Studio, ACD/IVR design principles, and omnichannel routing architecture


• Demonstrated experience evaluating integration and system-change proposals for downstream and environment-wide risk

How you can Stand out:

• Experience mentoring or providing technical direction to engineering-level CXone staff
  


• Familiarity with adjacent contact center technologies, including PBX, CTI, VoIP, WFM, and CRM integration patterns
  


• Previous experience supporting a CXone environment within a remote, international, or distributed delivery model
