About the Role:
This is not a typical administrative or VA position. We are looking for a highly experienced and reliable Senior Executive Coordinator to act as the operational right hand to the Founder of a fast-growing US-based real estate company.
Your mission is to be a strategic partner and "force multiplier." You will bring structure, efficiency, and calm to a fast-paced environment. You will be the central hub of the Founder's professional and personal life, responsible for protecting his time and ensuring his most important priorities are always moving forward.

You are 100% Trustworthy and Discreet. You understand you will be handling highly confidential business and personal information, and you operate with absolute integrity and professionalism.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Strategic Calendar & Schedule Management: Take full ownership of the Founder's complex and dynamic calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring he is always on time and well-prepared.
Inbox and Communication Coordination: Live in the Founder's inbox, acting as the primary gatekeeper to triage, sort, respond to, and escalate only the most critical communications.
End-to-End Travel Logistics: Handle all professional and personal travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transport. Proactively solve for disruptions before they happen.
Personal and Operational Coordination: Manage personal logistics, including scheduling appointments (health, family, etc.), coordinating personal tasks, and handling other operational duties as needed.
Project and Priority Follow-up: Drive communication and follow-up on key company initiatives, ensuring the Founder's priorities are always moving forward and nothing falls through the cracks.
Proactive Bottleneck Resolution: Identify and solve administrative and operational bottlenecks before they become problems for the Founder or the team.
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in a high-level support role such as Executive Assistant, Senior Coordinator, Operations Team Lead, or similar position, preferably supporting C-level foreign executives.
Extensive experience working in a remote, work-from-home environment during US business hours.
Exceptional, world-class communication skills in both written and verbal English.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems with a high degree of autonomy and resourcefulness.
Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Trello).
A stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
