We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Campaign Manager to join our growing team. This role is both strategic and hands-on, managing Paid Media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta) with a particular focus on clients in the Australian market. Additional international accounts may follow once you’ve successfully taken ownership of the Australian account(s).
Working closely with our Client Partners and Performance Directors, you’ll manage the day-to-day execution of paid campaigns—including monitoring, optimising, and analysing performance, while identifying opportunities for testing and growth. Over time, you’ll take on more responsibility in client communication, strategic planning, and account leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the technical side of campaign management but wants to expand their strategic influence within a high-performing agency environment.

What You’ll Do
Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid media platforms
Monitor and track paid ad campaign budgets daily to ensure proper pacing and performance
Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights
Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting related to paid media campaign performance
Support A/B testing efforts and contribute to experimentation strategies
Collaborate with the Performance Director on account strategy
Handle regular client communication and performance updates
Share insights and learnings internally to support team growth
Suggest improvements and potential expansions for ad campaigns
Stay open to learning and adapting to other paid media platforms and tools (e.g., TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads)
Essential Skills & Experience
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Minimum 4 years of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads and Meta)
Proven experience running paid ad campaigns specifically for Australian clients
Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong communicator and collaborative team player
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Data- and process-driven approach in ad campaign management
Able to adapt quickly and respond to campaign performance challenges
Preferred But Not Essential
At least 2 years of agency-side experience
Confident in client communication and reporting
Experience with Google Looker Studio
Experience with A/B testing tools or platforms
Experience implementing paid ad campaign tracking
Familiarity with Google Analytics or other similar analytics platforms
Familiarity with Tag Manager and Search Console
