🌟 The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager who can independently own paid social strategy while helping expand our affiliate, TikTok Shop, and UGC offerings.

This is not a plug-and-play media buyer role.

You will be responsible for driving incremental growth, leading creative strategy, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. You should be comfortable building strategy from scratch, explaining performance drivers, and guiding emerging brands toward sustainable paid growth.

🎯 Your Mission

  • Own paid social strategy across Meta
  • Manage TikTok advertising campaigns
  • Apply multi-touch attribution thinking to campaign analysis
  • Lead creative strategy for paid social campaigns
  • Write detailed creative briefs for campaigns
  • Lead client-facing strategy calls and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with UGC creators and support whitelisting strategies
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns
  • Manage campaign structure, budgets, and scaling strategy
  • Conduct audience testing and segmentation strategy
  • Monitor performance KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR
  • Analyze performance data to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with creative teams to iterate ad concepts
  • Develop testing frameworks for creative and audience experiments
  • Ensure proper tracking implementation and event validation
  • Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations
  • Forecast performance scenarios based on campaign trends

🧠 Who You Are

  1. 5+ years in paid social media buying
  2. Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager
  3. Understanding of multi-touch attribution models
  4. Experience developing creative strategy
  5. Experience writing structured creative briefs
  6. Comfortable presenting to clients and handling client calls
  7. Confident presenting to clients
  8. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  9. Comfortable working in US time zones
  10. Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented

💡 Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience integrating affiliate marketing with paid social
  • Experience with whitelisting / allowlisting strategies
  • Experience with emerging DTC brands
  • Experience working within an agency environment
