Position Title: Senior SAP APO Demand Planning (DP) Consultant

Location: McKinley West, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig

Work Arrangement: Remote & Hybrid Position Available

As a Senior SAP APO Demand Planning (DP) Consultant, you will play a key role in the design, configuration, and support of SAP APO solutions—specifically in Demand Planning. You will work with global teams to lead workshops, drive enhancements, configure planning books, and support clients throughout project lifecycles including UAT and go-live. This position requires strong experience in APO configuration and a deep understanding of planning processes within supply chain environments.

Implementation & Configuration:

• Analyze and enhance SAP APO DP solutions, including planning books, process chains, and data flows.
• Lead workshops with users to understand and define changes.
• Perform configuration, development, and testing of APO functionalities.
• Ensure proper integration with modules such as SD and MM, and third-party systems

Solution Design & Project Delivery:

• Draft detailed functional specifications for enhancements and add-on objects.
• Prototype and assess new SAP requirements and functionalities.
• Document current and future-state planning processes.
• Lead and manage technical teams through all project phases.

Support & Collaboration:

• Provide expert-level support during UAT, go-live, and production stability phases.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Basis, BI, and SAP OTC for project alignment.
• Prepare and execute production migrations and system improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct training or bootcamps as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in SAP APO projects.
• Expertise in SAP APO Demand Planning with strong planning book configuration skills.
• Basic knowledge of GATP and system integration.
• Experience leading teams and conducting peer/code reviews.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to SAP HANA and other SAP modules like SD and MM is a plus.
• SAP certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
