Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Social Media & Content Virtual Assistant to support a premium personal brand in the coaching, speaking, and digital content space.
This role requires someone who can own content creation, brand consistency, and engagement across multiple platforms, while working proactively with a driven founder in a fast-moving environment.
The immediate focus is on content strategy, organic growth, and audience engagement.
Advanced lead generation and paid advertising will be handled by a separate specialist in the future, however this role requires basic foundational knowledge in those areas to ensure clean setup and a smooth handover.
Core Responsibilities
1) Content Strategy & Planning (Primary)
● Create and manage a monthly content calendar
● Develop content aligned with a high-end, professional brand
● Apply platform-specific algorithm knowledge to maximize reach and engagement
● Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms
2) Content Creation & Publishing (Primary)
● Write high-quality captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
● Design posts using Canva or equivalent tools
● Schedule and publish content consistently
● Repurpose content strategically across platforms
3) Engagement & Community Growth (Primary)
● Monitor comments and messages and respond appropriately
● Drive audience interaction and organic engagement
● Support growth of a Facebook community via content pathways
4) Foundational Lead Awareness (Support-Level Only)
● Maintain basic working knowledge of:
○ Organic lead generation through content
○ Paid ads concepts (Facebook/Instagram)
○ Content-to-funnel alignment
● Set up content and systems logically to support future scaling
● Document processes where needed to allow a future specialist to take over seamlessly
Note: This role does not own advanced lead generation or paid advertising.
A separate specialist will be hired to fully take over those functions.
5) Video & Platform Expansion Support (Nice to Have)
● Assist with short-form video workflows
● Support YouTube and podcast-related content
● Familiarity with tools such as Opus Clips or similar is a plus
6) Light Admin & Scheduling Support (Secondary)
● Provide basic administrative and scheduling support
● Help maintain momentum and follow-through on initiatives
● Proactively support a high-performing founder
$800 - $1,100 a month
Standard expectation: work aligned with the client's primary time zone
Some flexibility possible depending on role requirements and communication needs
