Experience Needed:

-Manage and process daily ShipStation orders with 100% accuracy

-Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot shipping rules, automations, and batching logic based on complex order tags

-Maintain and update fulfillment matrix (shipping zones sheet) covering all 40k US zip codes with associated rules

-Print labels, update tracking info, and ensure timely communication to customers

-Monitor shipments proactively and resolve delivery, carrier, or exception issues

-Support inventory management, returns, and exchanges in coordination with the fulfillment team

-Generate and analyze shipping reports to identify trends, cost saving opportunities, and errors

-Handle customer inquiries related to shipping, delivery times, or order status

-Collaborate with the team to continuously improve fulfillment workflows and customer experience

-Assist with shipping carrier management (FedEx/UPS invoice audits, freight carrier tracking, etc.)

Good to have:

-IT background or technical experience (SQL, APIs, or integrations) for custom workflows

-Experience with multi-carrier shipping management and freight carriers

-Knowledge of warehouse or fulfillment operations best practices

-Previous experience in process optimization and scaling eCommerce fulfillment

-Ability to train or document processes for other team members

Non-negotiable Requirements:

-Expert level ShipStation operator with proven experience in large-scale order management and advanced automations

-Ability to create, manage, and troubleshoot custom batching rules and workflows with complex tagging logic

-Highly proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, capable of managing large datasets (40k+ rows) without error

-Strong problem solving skills with shipping carrier integrations and invoice auditing

-Ability to work Fri to Mon on shipping days, with some prep batching Wed to Thu

-Detail oriented, ensuring zero errors in order processing and tracking updates

-Reliable, responsive, and able to start immediately

Industry/Tools Experience:

-ShipStation (advanced expertise required)

-Excel / Google Sheets (large dataset management, shipping zones matrix)

-FedEx / UPS portals (invoice audits, shipment tracking)

-Freight carrier platforms (tracking and escalation support)

-Customer service platform (e.g., Zendesk, Gorgias, or equivalent for shipping inquiries)

-Inventory management tools (depending on integration, e.g., DEAR, Skubana, or NetSuite)
