Job Role: Social Media and Email Manager
Salary range:         $ 1,200 - 1,500 AUD Monthly

Role Overview: We’re working with a real estate-focused business that’s looking for someone who can confidently own their social media and email marketing game. If you love creating engaging content, understand how to build community online, and aren’t afraid of diving into CRM tools, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running the day-to-day social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Managing and sending campaigns through iRealty CRM (training provided if needed)
• Creating email newsletters and automations that feel personal and effective
• Setting up and managing paid ads across Meta (FB/IG) and LinkedIn
• Tracking performance and making smart, data-informed decisions to improve campaigns
• Collaborating with the wider team on marketing ideas and execution

• Solid experience managing social media platforms for brands or businesses
• Comfortable with ad creation, targeting, and optimization
• Familiar with CRM platforms (iRealty experience is a big plus but not a must)
• Great writing and communication skills
• A creative eye and an understanding of what makes content click
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude—you’re someone who takes initiative
