Social Media Content Specialist (TikTok & Fan Page Expert)

Role Overview:
Our client is looking for a highly creative and proactive Social Media Content Specialist to manage and grow multiple TikTok accounts focused on music and fan-based content. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our client’s internal creative team to support their projects and build a dynamic presence across several fan-focused and genre-aligned pages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
• Launch, manage, and grow 3–5 TikTok accounts initially, with the potential to scale up to 10 accounts over time.
• Run a dedicated “movie clips” page that pairs cinematic content with our music.
• Operate a general fan page, and eventually help develop a tour-focused page highlighting fan-generated content and tour moments.
  
  
• Content Strategy & Execution:
• Maintain a minimum output of 50 posts per week across all managed accounts
• Source trending content from other creators or platforms to re-edit and repurpose using the artist’s music.
• Create mashups, edits, and original content using current TikTok trends.
• Respond to fan requests and trends by pulling and editing relevant media (e.g., TV/movie scenes, viral moments).
• Use platform-native tools and best practices to optimize reach and engagement.
  
  
• Audience Understanding:
• Demonstrate strong cultural fluency and passion for the genre—know what fans want and how to speak their language.
• Read and respond to comments and trends to shape future content strategy.
  
  
• Platform Expertise:
• Possess deep knowledge of the TikTok algorithm and ecosystem.
• Work independently without needing training on how to use TikTok and similar platforms.
  
  
• Collaboration & Adaptability:
• Work closely with internal team members (creative, marketing, and music) to align on content goals.
• Adapt to feedback and adjust content or posting strategy as needed.
  

• Proven experience growing and managing multiple TikTok accounts.
• Strong grasp of TikTok trends, algorithm behavior, and fan engagement strategies.
• Video editing skills (especially for short-form vertical video content).
• Passion for music, pop culture, and online fan communities—bonus if you're a fan of alt-rock or similar genres.
• Highly organized and self-driven with the ability to manage a high volume of content across multiple pages.
• Ability to identify and creatively repurpose content that fits the brand’s aesthetic and musical identity.
• Experience creating or managing fan pages or themed content pages is a big plus.

• Have worked with artists or music brands before.
• Can identify viral potential in content before it trends.
• Are comfortable with fast-paced, reactive content creation.
• Have experience with tour or live event content strategies.

• Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $1100-$1300/month
