About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who genuinely lives and breathes social media.
This is not a scheduling or coordination-only role. We need someone who actively uses social platforms daily, understands platform-native content, and knows how to grow engagement in a B2B and investor-focused environment.
You will take ownership of 10 social media accounts from day one, beginning with a full account audit and strategic improvement plan. From there, you will manage content, engagement, short-form video execution, community growth, and post promotion across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate understands that content which performs on LinkedIn is completely different from what works on TikTok, Reddit, or StockTwits — and can successfully execute across all of them.
What You’ll Be Doing
Social Media Audit & Strategy
Conduct a full audit of all existing social media accounts and identify improvement opportunities
Build platform-specific content strategies aligned with audience behavior and business goals
Create and maintain structured content calendars across all active platforms
Identify content gaps, engagement opportunities, and growth strategies
Day-to-Day Account Management
Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), StockTwits, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Bluesky, and Pinterest
Monitor engagement, comments, DMs, and community interactions daily
Adapt tone, messaging, and content style based on each platform’s audience
Maintain consistency in posting schedules, engagement, and brand voice
Content Creation & Video Execution
Create and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Design or coordinate visual content using Canva or similar tools
Develop engaging platform-native content optimized for reach and engagement
Repurpose content effectively across multiple channels without making it feel repetitive
Organic Growth & Community Building
Grow social accounts from low engagement into active communities
Engage authentically within platform communities, especially Reddit and StockTwits
Monitor trends, conversations, and emerging content formats relevant to finance, investing, and B2B audiences
Build audience trust and engagement through consistent interaction and high-quality content
Post Promotion & Performance Optimization
Boost and promote posts using native platform tools across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels
Manage small paid budgets to amplify high-performing content
Analyze engagement, reach, and growth metrics across all platforms
Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance data

Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously
Strong background in B2B, SaaS, finance, or investor-focused social media marketing
Demonstrated experience growing engagement and building online communities
Strong short-form video creation and editing skills for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Experience managing content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
Experience conducting social media audits and building actionable content strategies
Experience boosting and promoting posts using native platform tools
Strong understanding of platform-native content and audience behavior
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and take ownership without constant oversight
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads
Familiarity with HubSpot or Asana for workflow and content management
Experience working with investor-focused brands or financial audiences
Experience with StockTwits, Bluesky, and Pinterest content management
