Social Media Manager and Content Creator (Fitness)

We’re helping a new Australian fitness brand find a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to build brand awareness, engage their growing community, and drive content-led growth. You’ll create eye-catching visuals and videos, shape the brand’s voice, and help them stand out in the competitive fitness and lifestyle space — starting with Instagram and Facebook, and soon TikTok.

Part-Time: ~15 hours/week (with potential to grow to full-time)
Schedule: AEST working hours
Location: Fully Remote (PH-based candidates preferred) 
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Rate: 300-600USD (based on a 15-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging visual and video content for Instagram and Facebook (and TikTok soon)

• Plan, schedule, and publish posts with strong hooks and CTAs to drive engagement and growth

• Collaborate on social media strategy and content calendars

• Monitor engagement and provide reporting on growth metrics and trends

• Stay up to date with fitness and social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant

• Potentially assist with Facebook/Instagram ads in the future

• Help lay the foundation for a long-term content strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation

• Strong graphic design and video editing skills (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.)

• A sharp eye for aesthetics and attention-grabbing visuals

• Familiarity with fitness, lifestyle, or wellness brands (strong plus)

• Proactive self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of social media best practices and algorithm trends

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with early-stage or new brands

• Knowledge of paid social media (Meta ads)

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar

• Comfortable creating UGC-style content alongside brand-focused campaigns
