Social Media Manager (Fitness and Martial Arts)

We’re helping a company in the martial arts and fitness industry find a versatile and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to support content creation, editing, and scheduling. You’ll work closely with the founder to maintain a consistent and engaging presence across platforms, with a strong focus on short-form video content.

Part Time, 20 hours/week (with potential to transition to full time)
Timezone: AU
Location: Remote (PH-based applicants preferred)
Engagement: Independent Contractor
Rate: $400-640/month (based on a 20-hour workweek, depending on level of experience)

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and potentially YouTube/TikTok

• Edit short-form video content from existing footage into engaging clips for social media

• Write captions and manage post scheduling for consistent brand presence

• Engage with the online community, reply to comments/messages, and monitor performance

• Collaborate with the founder to align content with brand voice and marketing strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram; TikTok/YouTube a plus), at least 2 years

• Strong video editing skills (experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)

• Creative eye for storytelling, design, and visual branding

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with martial arts, sports, or fitness content is a big plus
