We connect Filipino Virtual Assistants(VAs) with international clients and help U.S businesses find skilled remote talent. We operate two major platforms: Linkage VA Hub (for aspiring Filipino VAs) and Esystems VA Hub (for US property managers and GoHighLevel users).

Role Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist / Community Manager to lead Facebook Group Marketing, Content Creation and Community Growth. This in-house role focuses on organic lead generation for our VA platforms.

KPI Target

• Month 1: 500+ Linkage VA Hub sign ups; 100+ Esystems VA Hub registrations
• Month 3: 1,000+ monthly Linkage signups; 200+monthly Esystem registrations 7-10% engagement rate, 3-5% click - through rate

Key Responsibilities

Facebook Group Marketing and Community Growth

• Research and analyze 25+ targeted Facebook Groups (Virtual Assistants, Property Management, GoHighLevel)
• Develop data driven content calendars to grow our online communities

Content Creation and Scheduling

• Create and post 15-20 daily social media posts (text, graphics and videos) using Canva, and Buffer Pro
• Produce educational tips, interactive polls, success stories and video content to drive engagement and leads

Community Engagement and Lead Generation

• Respond to comments and messages, participate in group discussions and build authentic relationships
• Optimize posts for organic reach, signups and conversions

Analytics and Reporting

• Track engagement rates, click through rates and signups metrics
• Prepare daily dashboards and monthly presentations to guide strategy

Strategy and Growth Testing

• Conduct A/B tests on content and messaging
• Identify new groups, trends and opportunities for audience expansion

Required Skills and Experience

Must - Haves

1. 2+ years Social Media Marketing /Community Management experience (Facebook required)
2. Proven track record of organic growth, lead generation and engagement improvement
3. Excellent written and spoken English
4. Proficiency with Buffer, Hootsuite or similar scheduling tools
5. Canva skills for graphics and basic video creation
6. Strong understanding of Facebook Group rules and best practices
7. Data driven mindset with analytics experience

Preferred:

1. Experience in the Virtual Assistant or Real Estate industries
2. Knowledge of GoHighLevel platform
3. Prior success in lead generation campaigns
4. Experience with Upwork or other freelancing platforms
