Position: Sourcing and Engagement Specialist

Work Schedule: Shift starts in the afternoon PH time up to early morning ET

Employment Set-up: Remote (Independent Contractor)  

Employment Type: Full-Time / Long Term /  Permanent Work from Home

Salary Range: USD 800/ Month

Benefit: 10 PTO and HMO after a 120-day probationary period

Pay-out Frequency: Semi-monthly

Equipment: Self-Provide

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a Sourcing and Engagement Specialist to join our growing Recruitment Team at Wingz. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about social media, online communities, and people engagement, and is eager to grow a career in recruitment sourcing.

You’ll be responsible for building and managing online presence, engaging with potential candidates, and supporting hiring initiatives through creative and strategic online activities. If you love connecting with people, managing social content, and helping others find opportunities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Wingz’ presence across social media and job online platforms 
• Build and engage online communities by answering inquiries, posting updates, and promoting current job openings.
• Create relevant and engaging content such as posts about work culture, hiring tips, and employee highlights.
• Support the recruitment team by sourcing qualified candidates through online platforms, job boards, and referrals.
• Assist in initial screening of applicants once trained.
• Ensure consistent communication and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the engagement process.
• Track daily sourcing targets and contribute to team goals.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment and People Operations team to improve hiring strategies and outreach methods.

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management, community building, or online engagement.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, content creation, and community interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment sourcing and initial screening processes.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and can manage time effectively to meet daily sourcing targets.
• Experience in remote work or virtual staffing industry is a plus.
• Creative, people-driven, and confident in engaging with Filipino candidates online.
