We are seeking a motivated and confident Spanish-speaking Cold Caller to conduct outreach calls, qualify leads, and set appointments for our team. The ideal candidate is persuasive, communicates clearly in Spanish, and is comfortable engaging with potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to Spanish-speaking prospects
• Introduce and promote company services effectively
• Qualify leads and gather essential information
• Set appointments or hand off qualified leads to the sales team
• Update CRM systems with accurate call notes and lead data
• Maintain a positive and professional phone presence

• Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer outreach.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections professionally
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet call targets
