Job Description - Sr. Recruiter

Sizanid Staffing, a leading and rapidly expanding staffing agency under the umbrella of Sizanid HR, is seeking an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our talented team. As a Sr. Recruiter, you will take a strategic role in driving the recruitment efforts across multiple industries and job functions, ensuring high-quality candidate sourcing and placement. Leveraging your extensive recruitment expertise, you will mentor junior recruiters, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contribute to shaping recruitment strategies that align with our mission of connecting top talent with outstanding opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to work within an innovative environment that embraces technology and AI-driven recruitment solutions while emphasizing human insight.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, executive, and professional roles.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates utilizing various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Mentor and support junior recruiting staff to enhance team performance.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems, AI tools, and other technologies to optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and recommend improvements to recruitment strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Sr. Recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, labor market trends, and sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and AI tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demanding projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership skills with experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Passion for connecting talent with the right opportunities and driving client satisfaction.
