Position: Steel Scheduler

Salary: PHP 68,600 - PHP 83,800/month

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays; 7:00am - 3:00pm or 8:00am - 4:00pm Philippine Time

Holidays: Australian Holidays and Philippine Regular Holidays

OVERVIEW:

The company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Steel Scheduler to handle residential and civil steel rebar scheduling, detailing, and take-offs. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to produce clear, accurate steel schedules and marking plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare residential steel rebar schedules and detailing, including:
• Waffle pod slab scheduling and take-offs
• Raft slab scheduling and take-offs
• Strip footings scheduling and take-offs
• Slab-on-ground scheduling and take-offs
• Suspended slab scheduling and take-offs
• Columns and beams scheduling and take-offs
• Manage civil structure steel scheduling and take-offs, such as stormwater pits and culvert slabs.
• Produce accurate detailing for staircases, retaining wall footings, and retaining wall steel schedules.
• Provide clear and easy-to-follow steel schedules and marking plans for all assigned projects.
• Communicate RFIs, schedule updates, and technical requirements effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of experience in steel estimation, scheduling, or detailing (required).
• Proficiency in preparing structural steel schedules and take-offs across residential and civil projects.
• Experience using AutoCAD (preferred).
• Familiarity with Citrix (Bitberry) is an advantage but not essential; training can be provided.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in handling RFIs and customer coordination.
• Ability to present samples of previous completed work (required).
