This role provides end-to-end administrative and conveyancing support across Western Australian and Victorian matters. The RP will support contract processing, email and client communication, and daily conveyancing workflows, with responsibilities scaling as matter volume increases.
Role Overview:
Full-time Remote Professional role
Supports WA and VIC conveyancing files
Initial workload may be light, with volume increasing over time
Tasks introduced gradually through structured training
Clear daily task lists and workflows provided
Skills & Attributes Required:
Demonstrated Australian conveyancing experience (required)
High attention to detail, particularly when handling contracts and legal documents
Strong written communication and professional email etiquette
Ability to read, interpret, and accurately process contracts
Comfortable working from daily task lists and defined workflows
Previous conveyancing or settlements experience (preferred)
Approachable, easy to work with, and comfortable with open communication and friendly banter
Key Responsibilities Conveyancing & Contract Support:
Contract inputting and data entry
Supporting WA and VIC contract processing
Understanding conveyancing stages, timelines, and documentation
Interpreting contract titles and settlement-related documents
Administrative & Client Communication:
Inbox and email management using provided templates
Client and stakeholder liaison via email
Following daily operational task lists
Ensuring files are updated accurately and consistently Ongoing Support
Managing increasing file volumes as the business scales
Taking on greater responsibility over time as competency grows
Maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all tasks

Paid Time Off:
40 + hours = 20 days paid time off
30 to 39 hours = 15 days paid time off
20 to 29 hours = 10 days paid time off
5 to 19 hours = 5 days paid time off
Pre-engagement requirements for Independent Contractors:
BIR as you are a contractor (Required to submit any contributions required by the government.)
NBI or Police Clearance
