Support Que Coordinator (AU ICT Services, WFH)

Salary: P40,000-P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM Manila Time)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
• Minimum 2 years ICT industry experience with similar responsibilities
• Exposure to, and detailed understanding of technical concepts such as Networking, Compute, Storage, AV equipment, Servers, etc.
• A methodical approach
• Ability to coordinate a high volume of inbound support tickets

Nice to have:

• Vendor certifications from one or more of the leading I.T. organisations, (CISCO, CompTIA)
• Relevant tertiary qualifications

What will you do?

• First point of contact for incoming support tickets.
• Assigning support tickets to relevant teams/team members based on ticket contents and current work schedule.
• Performing initial client contact via phone.
