Survey Programmer, ConfirmIT

ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for excellent standards of survey programming and data delivery, the Survey Programmer (SP) will be a high-performing all-rounder in all aspects of survey programming and data processing. They will have mid-high level experience scripting in ConfirmIT and will be able to step up to take on a higher volume of work at a higher level of complexity in terms of scripting and data processing requirements. They will continue to build relationships with internal (Sales and Delivery teams) and external (clients) stakeholders by working to high quality standards, adhering to best practices and processes, meeting deadlines and delivering flawless work showcasing a keen eye for detail, functionality, and aesthetic, with minimal errors. 

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Leading business from survey programming end for specific clients    


• Leading projects to make sure timely and quality delivery     


• Managing tasks with small team, utilizing resource efficiently for any particular projects to meet deadline     


• Responsible for more complex surveys and leading from the front     


• Knowledge sharing with team


• Taking initiative for innovative ideas and adding new scripts in library to minimize work


• Need to be totally independent for all the scripting related task


• Doing R&D on new requirements


• Survey design tool (ConfirmIT) training for freshers


• Should involve themselves in process update/automation and documentation


• Need to be well aware of all the standards of main clients


• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information to internal teams and clients


• Scripting the survey:

        - Questionnaire review and providing ETA

        - Attending client calls

        - Giving inputs proactively using their experience to minimize work

        - Quality delivery

        - Attending data queries

        - Helping DP team to provide required data format

        - Communicating with PM and PC proactively for flawless delivery, giving inputs if required

        - Communicating with coders to make sure of timely delivery

        - Keeping PC and PM updated about the progress of any job

        - Understanding quota requirements and also help team to understand if required

        - Managing client sample for emailing

        - Providing report links to client whenever required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Minimum 3 years experience in ConfirmIT


• Proven ability to handle 3 or more ad-hoc projects of a higher complexity at any given time


• High level of knowledge in all or most of the following technical languages, with a view to close any gaps through training: HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript and JQuery


• Ability to script surveys with aesthetic and look-and-feel in mind, in addition to the best functionality and device compatibility.
