Job Overview:
In this role, you will manage the Google Workspace user onboarding and offboarding of network users, & assist with Administration of our core tech systems as required. You will also advise and optimise technology for our real estate franchise company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in all things real estate tech and contribute to the growth of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Workspace:
- Facilitate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes within Google Workspace.
- Ensure data quality and compliance issues are covered and kept up to date
- Ensure setup & backup of Google Workspace & Gmail accounts as required
- Utilize your profound expertise in Google Workspace to offer guidance and remedies for refining account configuration and storage functionalities.
- Keep the team informed and up to date about the latest enhancements and advancements Google has to offer.
- Tech Stack Support:
- Provide support, assist with setup and management of the core technology products across our real estate franchise network. The core Technology stack is subject to change and the requirement to learn new products may be applicable.
- Security tools such as Keeper
- Google Workspace Products
- DialPad
- Happeo
- Other Property Data Platforms
- Support Desk:
- Administration of the support desk, enhancing its performance and managing updates.
- Following Support Desk processes & escalating to OSH when required
- Guarantee compliance with SLAs by promptly addressing and resolving tickets.
- Networking Onshore (Head Office) - Troubleshooting technology issues at Head Office
- Following Support Desk processes & escalating to Supplier when required
- Remote Desktop Support - Supporting our users with desktop issues
- Head Office & Franchisees requests through support desk escalating to MSP when required
- Various Projects as Required:
- Assist in planning, executing and coordinating projects as required
- Assist in google integrations and functionality with different systems
REGULAR TASKS:
- Manage smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for all Gmail and workspace accounts.
- Manage and operate in Support Desk, addressing technical issues and responding to inquiries.
- Provide support and advice on digital products to HQ & Barry Plant Network.
- IT & Google Workspace Support to HQ & Barry Plant Network
- IT Security Monitoring & Support to HQ & Barry Plant Network
- Manage & support with Google Integrations setup
- Document & manage SOPs
- Attend team meetings and actively engage in discussions.
- Collaborate with relevant Teams to fulfil administrative requirements and support.
Qualifications/experience required:
- MINIMUM 3-5 years of experience in a Technical or Helpdesk experience or both (you MUST substantiate this)
- You MUST have worked with Google Apps yourself and know the product well or at least be a strong Gmail/Docs/Drive geek
- Ideally, you have the G Suite Administration Fundamentals course certificate completed (you can also take this with us if you join our company)
- Basic DNS & domain management using WHM and CPanel is advantageous.
- Be a very fast, self-managed learner. Your job is not just to read the instruction manual, but to consult to our clients
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and support delivery processes
It would be nice if you have an interest and experience in:
- Working in the cloud (i.e. working in the browser) and how that is changing the business landscape
- Small businesses (i.e. up 1-30 employees) and their particular challenges and needs
- Google Workspace Technology (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.) and it's integrations Applicants MUST be based in the Philippines.
