About the Role

This position is to lead the architectural design, development, implementation and management of our innovative AI/ML based web application. Leading a multi-disciplinary local and international team, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise software development for both B2B and B2C market segments.

Architecture and Design

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable system architectures for new and existing products and capabilities for AI/ML-based products

Documentation

• Develop and support the maintenance of application documentation, including ensuring that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, practices and security protocols are documented and applied correctly

Planning, Implementation and Scheduling

• Lead implementation of agreed technical solutions, including development, integration, testing, sustainment, reporting and documentation.

• Conduct technical planning, estimation, scheduling, analysis and monitoring of tasks and activities across multiple projects

Team Leadership, Coordination & Agile Execution

• Oversee and manage the development team, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations, sprint planning, and Agile best practices.

• Facilitate stand-ups, track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure cross-team collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.

• Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and support team growth

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong delivery track record

• Deep expertise in Node.js and React.js

• Strong understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

• Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)

• Experience leading or driving delivery of complex technical projects

• Proficiency in managing version control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery practices

• Strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability

• Excellent communication, coordination, and technical decision-making skills
