Monday - Friday 06.30 - 15.00 | 08.30 - 17.00 | 12.30 - 21.00
Saturday - Wednesday 06.30 - 15.00 | 08.30 - 17.00 | 12.30 - 21.00
Wednesday - Sunday 06.30 - 15.00 | 08.30 - 17.00 | 12.30 - 21.00 - Depending on your preferred shift, 1 weekend shift per month – this will be compensated with pay and time off in lieu of weekend work
- Shift coverage over the festive period will be required, with compensation.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Purchasing leads from the preferred leads platform
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Communicating with clients via telephone and email.
- Closing deals with clients.
- Meeting individual sales targets.
- Utilising CRM and booking system.
- Utilising MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Educating customers in all service offerings.
- After sales service.
Working Conditions:
This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position and will be required to work the hours specified in this ad. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.
Skills :
- Proven experience in telephonic sales.
- Sales experience in the cleaning industry is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
- Even-tempered and the ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Good track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
- Tech savvy and comfortable working on all Microsoft packages including MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
