Telesales - Residential Cleaning Services | PHP

A reputable residential cleaning company based in the UK, providing high-quality cleaning services to homeowners across the country is seeking an experienced Telesales candidate. • UK hours shift/s include: 
  Monday - Friday 06.30 - 15.00 | 08.30 - 17.00 | 12.30 - 21.00
  Saturday - Wednesday 06.30 - 15.00 | 08.30 - 17.00 | 12.30 - 21.00
  Wednesday - Sunday 06.30 - 15.00 | 08.30 - 17.00 | 12.30 - 21.00
• Depending on your preferred shift, 1 weekend shift per month – this will be compensated with pay and time off in lieu of weekend work
• Shift coverage over the festive period will be required, with compensation.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Purchasing leads from the preferred leads platform
• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Communicating with clients via telephone and email.
• Closing deals with clients.
• Meeting individual sales targets.
• Utilising CRM and booking system.
• Utilising MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Educating customers in all service offerings.
• After sales service.

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position and will be required to work the hours specified in this ad. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms.

Skills :

• Proven experience in telephonic sales.
• Sales experience in the cleaning industry is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal. 
• Even-tempered and the ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
• Good track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
• Tech savvy and comfortable working on all Microsoft packages including MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
