Tender and Bid Manager (AU Architecture, WFH)

Schedule: Monday -Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Adobe InDesign and MS Office Tools proficiency
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye towards sales messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, quality, and content
• Experience with RFPs, RFIs and preparing tender and bid
• Experience with direct client communication
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or contracting firms with similar bid management roles is preferred.

What will you do?

• Responding to RFIs and RFPs by deadline
• Build reusable assets such as proposal templates/pricing models/approaches etc. to cut short the cycle time/effort of building response
• Prepare project pricing
• Manage the Bid/lead tracker and assess win rate
• Manage the Bid/lead tracker and assess win rate
• Review all incoming RFPs and determeine which services are required
• Reach out to relevant sub consltants for pricing as necessary
