TikTok Affiliate Program Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and creative TikTok Affiliate Program Manager to help grow and manage influencer and affiliate marketing efforts through TikTok Shop.

This virtual assistant role is ideal for someone who understands TikTok culture, has experience working with supplement or beauty brands, and thrives in a fast-paced DTC (direct-to-consumer) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard TikTok creators (macro, mid-tier, and micro) as product affiliates
• Manage outreach campaigns using email, DM, and affiliate platforms
• Coordinate product shipments, briefing documents, and affiliate tracking links
• Monitor campaign performance (sales, ROAS, engagement) via TikTok Shop’s backend
• Maintain a creator database and identify top-performing affiliates for scaling
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize creator posts for Spark Ads
• Communicate with talent agencies and internal teams on timelines and deliverables
• Support ambassador program development and monthly performance bonuses

Qualifications:

✅ Experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing
✅ Background working with supplement, beauty, or wellness brands
✅ Strong communication and project coordination skills
✅ Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and organized
✅ Proficient with spreadsheets, influencer databases, and TikTok analytics
✅ Self-starter who can manage relationships, deadlines, and reports independently
✅ Fluency in English is required
✅ Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required
 

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with influencer platforms like Aspire, Grin, or Upfluence
• Experience with Spark Ads, UTM tracking, or creator briefings
• Previous work with U.S. Hispanic or LATAM creators
